This class is designed to get gymnasts ready for the next level of pre-team (Rising Stars), which leads to competitive gymnastics in the future. The Hotshots program builds a strong foundation for your athlete's future in gymnastics.

This group will consist mostly of 6 to 8 year old girls preparing to compete in the future.
This group practices 1.5 hours per week.
